Our face-to-face design services are offered to clients in the ACT and NSW regions. This service always begins with a phone call. During this conversation, we will talk to you about your design needs and how we can help you to achieve these. You can take this opportunity to ask us questions too. If you are happy to move forward, we will book in a consultation at a time that suits you.
CONSULTATION: 1-2HRS

An initial consultation takes place at the beginning of each project. This meeting allows the designer to understand your project requirements in detail. Visiting you at home provides us with a greater sense of the space, how you use it and your design style. We may use this opportunity to take photos and measure up too. Prior to this meeting, you should think about your budget, timeline and have some inspiration images ready!
PROPOSAL
Once the initial consultation is complete, we will get to work on the design proposal. The proposal includes a brief of the work required, a list of the selected design packages recommended for your project and a final quotation. This will be sent to you via email, where you can review and accept our terms and conditions. We can then start work on your project!
TRANSFORMATION
This is the final and most exciting stage. We will design a space that meets your project requirements and sees your design dreams become a reality! Depending on the project type, we may work with you for a few weeks, months or even years. We take great pride in our work and ensure you are looked after every step of the way.
